Some people believe that everything should and will happen overnight, however, the truth is hard work and consistency is the key! Regardless of the little progress that you see, never stop working and being consistent. You cannot just sit and expect something to happen without putting in the hard work. Nothing is given to us for free, and anything free comes with a price to pay in the end. Breaking bad habits can be a start to being consistent. Breaking bad habits can be difficult, however, the great thing about habits is they are not permanent unless we make them permanent. They are changeable and breakable. Create a to-do list, set short term and long term goals. Write down some risk factors that we may encounter along the way and some ways you may overcome them if they were to happen. Keep yourself busy, while setting aside time for yourself. If you find your self constantly sitting around with nothing to do, that means you are not utilizing your time wisely.
