I’m Jodian Francois, a technology strategist, AI consultant, educator, entrepreneur, and the founder of Francois Enterprise US.

With a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and more than 10 years of experience in education, I have built my career around helping people turn complex ideas into practical strategies they can confidently execute. I specialize in making technology and artificial intelligence easier to understand, implement, and use effectively.

Through consulting, training, professional development, and strategic support, I help entrepreneurs, educators, businesses, and organizations strengthen their systems, improve productivity, develop valuable skills, and create sustainable growth.

I am also the creator of The Social Educator, a platform that provides educators, administrators, and homeschool families with AI powered tools, resources, training, and systems that save time and improve learning experiences.
My experience as an entrepreneur, licensed Realtor, published author, former behavioral therapist, and educator allows me to understand people, business, technology, and execution from several perspectives. I do more than share information. I help people apply it in ways that create measurable results.

My Story
My journey has never followed one straight path, but every chapter has prepared me for the work I do today.
For more than 10 years, I served in education, where I learned how to communicate complex information, support different needs, solve problems, and create systems that help people succeed. My experience as an educator and former behavioral therapist taught me that the best solutions are not always the most complicated ones. They are the ones people can understand, access, and confidently use.
My desire to create a greater impact eventually led me into entrepreneurship. I founded Francois Enterprise US to help entrepreneurs and business owners move beyond great ideas and turn their visions into clear strategies, stronger brands, effective systems, and measurable results. Along the way, I became a published author, licensed Realtor, content strategist, and the creator of multiple brands rooted in service, empowerment, and legacy.
As technology continued to reshape business and education, I recognized an opportunity to help people adapt instead of feeling overwhelmed or left behind. That realization inspired me to earn my Master’s Degree in Information Technology and deepen my knowledge of artificial intelligence, digital systems, and technology strategy.
I also created The Social Educator to help educators, administrators, and homeschool families use AI powered tools and practical resources to save time, reduce stress, and improve learning experiences.
Today, I bring all of these experiences together. I help entrepreneurs, educators, businesses, and organizations understand how to use AI, technology, and strategy to work smarter, improve their systems, develop valuable skills, and create sustainable growth.
My story is still being written, but the purpose behind it remains the same: to turn knowledge into action, challenges into opportunities, and ideas into meaningful impact.
